We are a small team trying to change something that has resisted change for a long time: most patients with a chronic condition are only ever heard from when something is already wrong. If you want your work to change how care actually gets delivered, not just talked about, we would like to hear from you.
What we are building
VitalityCall reaches patients through a simple phone call, as often as their condition requires, catches early warning signs, and escalates to the patient's own physician before problems become emergencies. The clinical judgment behind it, not the software alone, is what makes it work. That is the team you would be joining.
Where we are hiring
We do not have a list of open requisitions. What we have is two areas where the right person would make an outsized difference right now. If either sounds like you, tell us below.
People who can sell into Accountable Care Organizations, health plans, and physician groups, and who are comfortable with the longer, more considered sales cycle that healthcare requires.
People who build and refine the systems behind the calls: conversational AI, escalation logic, and the integration work that connects a care plan to the record it comes from.
