This page covers vitalitycall.health: the marketing site you are on now. It does not cover the care management application itself, which patients and care teams use under a separate Terms of Use, described below.
The short version
No tracking beyond standard analytics, no advertising networks, no data brokers. If that is all you needed to know, you can stop here.
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how people find the site: page views, general location and device type, and referring site. This is aggregate traffic data. We do not use it to build a profile of any individual visitor, and we do not combine it with form submissions.
When you submit the contact form, a demo request, or a careers application, we collect what you enter: name, email, organization, and any message or resume you provide. That information is used to respond to you, and for careers submissions, to evaluate your application. It is not sold, and it is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visits and measure traffic. We do not use cookies for advertising or retargeting. You can block or clear these through your browser at any time without affecting your ability to use the site.
The VitalityCall application, used by care teams and patients to deliver and receive care, handles protected health information under HIPAA aligned practices and its own Terms of Use, provided as part of onboarding. That is a separate document from this page and governs a separate product.
You can browse this site without submitting any form. If you would like a copy of what we hold from a past submission, or want it removed, email us and we will take care of it.
If how we collect or use website data changes in a material way, we will update this page. Check back if it matters to you; we do not send a separate notice for this site.
